Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received on or before 8 February 2013 are subject to a 25% administrative fee. After 8 February 2013 refunds will not be issued for cancellations, including no-shows. Please email your cancellations on company letterhead to SEMI at semiberlin@semi.org. Substitutes are only accepted with written permission from the original registrant. If you have any questions, please contact the SEMI Europe office.

Payment by Invoice:
In case you choose the payment method “invoice”, the invoice will be sent to you by email within five days. Registration is only valid with full payment prior to the event!

Press Registration:
SEMI accredited press representative have access to all public conferences and proceedings.
